Brittany A. Mackrell has graduated from the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Leader Development and Assessment Course, also known as "Operation Warrior Forge," at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash.
Mackrell is the daughter of Michael J. and Colleen M. Mackrell of Rowlett. She graduated in 2006 from Rowlett High School.

Air Force Airman Erin T. French graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. She is the daughter of Cindy Rosser of Dallas and Charles French Jr. of Garland.
French is a 2009 graduate of Sachse High School.

Air Force Airman Stephanie C. Carpenter graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. She earned distinction as an honor graduate of the course. Carpenter is the daughter of Deborah Davidson of Brookeland, Texas, and Stephen Carpenter of Garland. She is a 2008 graduate of Lufkin High School.

Air Force Airman Skylar D. Zambrana graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. Zambrana is the son of David Zambrana and the grandson of Augusto Zambrana, both of Rowlett.
He is a 2009 graduate of Rowlett High School.

Air Force Airman Nicholas A. Wessels graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of Mike and Elaine Wessels of Rowlett and is a 2009 graduate of Rowlett High School.


Army Pvt. Felix Gonzalez has graduated from Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.
He is the son of Felix Gonzalez Sr. and Maria Gonzalez of Garland and is a 2009 graduate of Garland High School.
